St. Mary's Coventry - Monthly Breakfast
Every month, our council prepares and serves a breakfast after St. Mary's 10am Mass. We prepare a hearty meal of eggs, bacon and/or sausage, and potatoes. The parishioners always enjoy the meal and it is an excellent opportunity for family and friends to meet, catch up, and have fellowship. It is an excellent opportunity for our Knights to support our local parish.
Town of Coventry - Memorial Day Parade 2010
In rememberance of those men and women who have given the ultimate sacrifice in support of all Americans' freedom, Coventry holds an annual parade and memorial service every Memorial Day. This year, the Knights of Columbus participated in the parade with a strong council and Color Corps presence.
Multiple times per year, the Coventry KofC sponsors a coffee break for travelers on I-84. We offer coffee, lemonade, donuts, bagels, and hot dogs (with all the trimmings!). These are free for all travelers (donations are accepted) and is a great opportunity for travelers to take a quick break and have something to eat/drink. Not only is this a great service for those on the road, but helps keep everyone on the highway safe by encouraging drivers to take a break!
